Attracted to Winooski, Vermont by the humble neighborhood feel and great visibility on the city-center rotary, Matthew Pearsall opened Our House Bistro at 36 Main Street in May 2010 together with his wife (and former high school sweetheart), Maggie Barch. Both are Vermont natives and excited their business became part of Winooski’s revitalization and establishment of a popular “restaurant row.”
Drawn to Plattsburgh, New York by the same attractions, Pearsall and Barch opened a larger space in the heart of downtown at 15 Bridge Street in April 2017.
